| Type | Include | Exclude |
|---|---|---|
| Correction | Page URL, sentence, official source | General threat |
| Right of reply | Authority to act, exact claim, evidence | Unverified marketing |
| Domain lead | Full URL, time, discovery source | Clickable promotion |
| Payment pattern | Redacted chronology, provider reference | PIN, OTP or full receipt |
| Cyber lead | Defanged domain, impact, CIRT reference | Executable attachment |
Give your identity only when necessary and confirm authority before sharing another person's phone, account or document. A public correction rarely requires a complete identity document or bank statement. Use opaque redaction and keep the original yourself.
Report an immediate payment block to the provider, suspected crime to police and a live cyber incident directly to CIRT. Our review does not pause an authority deadline.
Submissions receive spam and security screening, exact-page matching, source review and conflict checks. A material correction records the fact changed and date. A right of reply may be attributed, but is not automatically a verified finding. Unsupported threats or payment demands do not alter an evidence conclusion.
No response-time or publication outcome is guaranteed. An anonymous lead can start research, but cannot support an adverse verdict by itself.
A subject representative should state their role and provide a verifiable company record or company-domain address without sending unnecessary personal identity documents.

Open official sourceOur form is not an authority submission; send incidents directly to the appropriate official route. Each source supports only the narrow proposition stated beside it. Recheck the live authority page before acting. Search snippets, advertising, forums and operator statements are not proof by themselves.
Start with a redacted chronology. Send a fuller record only when necessary and never include a PIN or OTP.
It may be attributed after evidence and relevance review; publication is not automatic.
No. The user submits directly through the appropriate official route.
A verifiable source can still be reviewed, but an anonymous claim is not a verdict.
